These are great for craft shows, for simple little gifts or as package toppers.

You could also insert a large toothpick and use these for toppers for hilarious Christmas cupcakes!

These all fit the 4x4 hoop and are made entirely in the hoop.

All you need for each topper is a couple of 3" squares of felt and a pencil!
